BECOME A DFC PARTY HOST

To fund The DFC’s transformational program, we organize fundraisers that are true to our values, mission, and vision. A Party with a Purpose events are put on by a DFC host. Hosts are families, groups, or businesses focused on sharing The DFC’s transformative programming and community for those impacted by type 1 diabetes in their area.

The DFC Host holds a party to raise funds to support The DFC or a specific DFC program. They invite their family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues to learn more about their T1D connection and the importance of the DFC community to their journey. The party, food, drink, location, and fun are all at the host’s discretion. DFC Staff will handle many of the details and work alongside the Host to make the party successful. The type of party is up to the Host. Some inspiring ideas for home events are a backyard cookout, brunch, game night, wine or cocktail party. We can also work with Hosts who prefer to plan events in other venues.
