Families always have the option to fundraise their program fee in order to cover their cost of attendance at a DFC program.
How to Fundraise Your Fee
The DFC partners with Givebutter to give you a simple, virtual way to raise the funds you need. Follow the steps below to get started.
- Send us a message to get started.
- We will email you directions on how to set up your fundraiser in Givebutter.
- Use the link provided in the email to set up your fundraising page.
- Then click “Create Your Own Team.” Create a team name, your fundraising goal, and your story.
- Then click “Join the Fundraiser.”
- Then, your page will appear. You can share your link with family and friends by clicking “Share and Manger” in the top right corner.
- Once your Fundraising Goal has been met, let The DFC staff know.
Tell Your Story
Your story should explain to potential donors who you are, who the DFC is, and why the DFC program is important to you.
